“All details in one place
Pros
What I find useful is having all employee details stored in one spot. With this system I finally get a clear view of everyone, from HR data to engagement surveys and even pay gap info which saves me a lot of effort.
Cons
From what we've seen, this tool is digitalized but not really automated. I felt some useful automated features were missing.

“Great for staying organized
Pros
Using this platform helps me stay organized when working with staff, managers and customers. I get a full picture of reviews, salary talks and surveys and I'm also able to connect all of it back to the company's bigger goals.
Cons
The software itself is simple to use but since it gives me a lot of freedom, it can be a bit tricky for me to figure out the best way to use it for maximum results.

“Feasible surveys with good results
Pros
Sending out surveys or quick mood checks is something I can do easily and I like that the results can be shown in a bunch of different ways.
Cons
I came across some small bugs but those have been fixed over time.

Pros
For me this tool really supports the whole team. Everything is stored neatly in one place, so following up with employees through the year becomes much simpler. I also get to see how people feel which helps the company decide where to focus for a better work culture.
Cons
I noticed that employee comments didn't show up in the reports that were sent to managers who reviewed their teams.

“Managers love the organization
Pros
My manager enjoys it because all the yearly files stay together. Both staff and managers show up better prepared and the polls are simple enough that I plan on using them more often.
Cons
The chat tool works fine but sometimes it takes a little longer than I'd like to get a reply.

“Quick start with smooth processes
Pros
What stood out for me was how quick it was to start. Right away the system added value and made processes smoother across the team.
Cons
Right now, I can't point out anything I dislike. Switching from pen and paper for employee talks to this system has been a huge improvement and really simplified things for us. On top of that, thsi tool is very open to suggestions and responds quickly when we ask for new features.

Pros
In my case strategies and goals are easier to share here. I can see how my daily tasks line up with company goals, plus less paperwork means everything stays safe in one place. I don't need HR to remind me since I manage my own progress any time I want.
Cons
It's not available in a mobile version yet for me.

“Cuts meeting time in half
Pros
Meetings take way less time for me now. A one on one that used to be 40 minutes is closer to 20 and both employees and managers feel more satisfied. We keep a record of all agreements in one place which makes the whole process more structured.
Cons
I sometimes struggle with the GUI when there's too much text in text areas or if I zoom in on the web browser.

“Helpful for one on one talks
Pros
Back when our team was expanding fast, we needed a proper solution. After trying different tools, we went with Heartpace. I especially enjoy the one on one talks where I can build my own templates and now I've got regular meetings set up with everyone.
Cons
The form builder could be more flexible, but I know the team is working on improving it.

“Love the one-on-one tracking
Pros
In our company, we really value one on ones. For two years this tool has made it easy for me to keep every past discussion stored and accessible.
Cons

“Simple OKR module that delivers strong results
Pros
With this tool I brought OKRs into the marketing team and the results by Q4 were really strong. That's why I continue to use it. The OKR module is simple and works just the way we need.
Cons
I'm eagerly waiting for some more improvements in the OKR module, especially for Department Level key results.

Pros
Personally, I rely a lot on the built in templates for surveys, talks and evaluations. Having all the history in one place is also a big plus since I don't waste time searching around.
Cons
