Pros
Handling a large volume of applications takes much less time because the automatic grading feature helps our recruiting team sort through candidates quickly. It lets us skim applications more efficiently and move through reviews at a much faster pace. Generally the tools we use within the system all seem useful and are very user friendly.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into anything in the platform that I haven't liked.
