Pros
I find this tool to be really simple and gets the job done well. It streamlines our entire hiring process making everything from posting positions to tracking candidates much more manageable.
Cons
Had to rewrite the auto email replies to candidates every time since the layout just wasn't what I wanted.

“affordable tool”
Pros
The interface is really flexible and it streamlines our hiring process significantly! Multiple team members can log in simultaneously to evaluate candidates and leave feedback. We've eliminated the chaos of endless email chains and messy spreadsheets full of applicant names. Plus it automatically creates a polished careers page for our website without requiring any coding knowledge.
Cons
A mobile app would be really helpful since there isn't one currently.
