powerful hiring platform

Pros

From the job description and online interview database to the smart job marketing and automatic candidate screening, this hiring platform covers just about everything. It feels like the most complete recruiting system out there and I really haven't seen another product on the market that matches the range of what it can do.

Cons

If I had to point out one downside, it would be that the UI could use some improvement. That said I've heard a major redesign is already on the way and even got to see some prototypes which honestly looked fantastic. Even with that minor issue, this is absolutely a product worth paying attention to because it can completely transform how you hire.

smart team and global reach

Pros

I love that the company's founder clearly understands both the business side and the technical side. The team supporting the platform and carrying the work forward is knowledgeable, capable and genuinely friendly when it comes to customer service. The automated employee referral features are useful and the platform's ability to scale globally is a big plus.

Cons

If there's a downside, it's that I wish I had more time and internal resources to take fuller advantage of the technology. Over time, I'd also expect better ways to send shorter tweet-style messages about job postings through the platform. Teams also need to get comfortable with the automated messages that are sent out.

Pros

The platform is very easy to use and the quality of applicants has been impressive.

Cons

A few features still require reaching out to a rep, like assigning a hiring manager or handling package upgrades.

Pros

One of the best parts is how many candidates actually respond. The website works really well and the questionnaire helps a lot during the process.

Pros

I really like that it brings in qualified applicants.

Cons

Overall everything has been really great but the website could be much more user-friendly and simpler to navigate. The cost for a single job posting also feels high. It would be better if there were an option to post another role and add a different location under the same existing posting.
