“Simplified hiring workflow and sourcing
Pros
Using this tool we were able to simplify our entire hiring workflow. What stood out to me was how the platform pulled in candidate applications from multiple sources because it's tied into Indeed and Glassdoor, we ended up with a much fuller candidate pool. It also filters applicants from more than ten job search sites which made sourcing far more comprehensive than we expected. I found the appointment scheduling feature particularly useful although those meetings can't be held inside the platform, being able to book time with candidates directly helped us organize and conduct interviews properly. The job ad creation tools were another plus: I can toggle ads on and off whenever I'm looking for fresh candidates and I appreciate being able to search for prospects without needing to publish a brand new listing every time. Overall, these capabilities helped our team keep hiring organized and efficient.
Cons
At the moment the lack of online interview functionality affects my workflow especially since I know many candidates prefer remote interviews and I also find the weak geographic filtering frustrating because it doesn't prioritize candidates near my business location.

“laggy interface with limited integration

For me it made keeping track of candidates far more organized and it can connect with several job boards. The candidate profiles were neatly structured which made reviewing resumes a lot easier than digging through email attachments.
Cons
While moving between individual profiles and the main candidate list, I found the interface laggy and I was disappointed that it doesn't integrate with Indeed which I personally rely on the most.

“Simple setup with HRIS connection
Pros
It was really simple for us to set up and I found it easy to use and tweak to fit our business needs. Also, it hooked into our HRIS (Paylocity) which I appreciated!
Cons
When my company is hiring across multiple locations and roles, I find it difficult to locate applicants because the search functionality doesn't work as smoothly as I need it to.

“Cutting-edge candidate sourcing

I've been using this platform for several years, it felt like cutting-edge technology and on multiple occasions it surfaced strong candidates I ended up hiring.
Cons
After they grew and became successful their outreach processes changed, I no longer have the dedicated consultant who knew our automotive hiring nuances and now I either get paired with someone unfamiliar with dealership needs or am left having to muddle through posting and writing an ad myself which takes extra time and feels inefficient compared to the old, personalized service I relied on.

“Simplified hiring workflow
Pros
For my team this tool really simplifies the whole application and hiring workflow. We hire 6-20 people each week so we rely on application and hiring platforms that match our needs and reduce admin work for us. What I love most is that I can embed the interview questions directly into the workflow which helps me keep every step, document and question congreatated in a single place.
Cons
The only downside I'd mention is that the tool is packed with features which honestly is also a benefit. I'm constantly discovering new capabilities and ways to use it so there's a learning curve and I'm always picking up more options and tricks that make it more powerful for our needs.

Pros
Using the tool, I found it really easy and easy to navigate. I particularly liked that we could leave comments, track every step in the hiring workflow and view the feedback it gave us.
Cons
What bothered me was having to navigate through multiple pages just to reach the specific screen I needed every time.

Posting a job here is really easy and I always get plenty of applicants.

“Usability friction and slow workflow
Pros
For a small team this applicant tracking tool feels simple to work with. I find it easy to create job postings and then go through candidates inside the system. Posting positions and reviewing applicants is quick and hassle-free overall.
Cons
I do run into a number of usability friction points that make routine tasks take longer than they should. The interface isn't consistently convenient and when our account includes multiple locations I have to configure things so each site is separate which means I can't get a congreatated view of all open roles for the whole organization. Instead I have to click into each location or sub-organization one by one to see which new applicants have applied. Another frustrating detail is that when I manually upload a candidate I've sourced, the system doesn't extract or auto-fill their resume data so I end up inputting details by hand. It's overall not hard to use but these missing integrations create extra steps and slow our workflow down.

Once I'm logged in the platform is really easy to navigate. It comes with plenty of features that help me assess whether a candidate is genuinely serious.
Cons
The texting tool is a bit tough.. I can't easily return to the conversation from the email notification it sends when a candidate responds which makes following up awkward.
