Pros
Job postings, applicant tracking and candidate communication are all centralized in one place. Managing everything from a single dashboard is so convenient.... it keeps me organized and saves me from constantly switching between tools.
Cons
At first I struggled to get the hang of it but after spending some time using it everything became much easier.

Pros
Hireology is excellent for streamlined hiring of a few positions. I appreciate the tagging feature, which allows me to pull previous applicants into a pool for future outreach. The analytics provided are also fantastic!
Cons
It would be beneficial if they could introduce more features to facilitate the hiring process and make the platform more user-friendly.

“easy reference checks and onboarding
Pros
Hiring previously interviewed candidates is easy and I find SkillSurvey reference checks and electronic onboarding paperwork make the workflow simple and accessible.
Cons
One of my main frustrations with this platform is that I can't send a direct link to a candidate's email so they can complete their qualification or onboarding forms. Sometimes applicants mistype or lose access to the email address on file. We really need a smoother, more efficient way to re-send or forward those links to them.

“Easy multi-board job postings
Pros
Posting a single job ad and distributing it across multiple boards is very easy and I find the process saves time and effort.
Cons
Unfortunately we can't post a blind ad which means we have to pay extra fees to publish the listing directly on Indeed.

For me this platform is fantastic because it lets me view every applicant and all job listings in a single spot making it easy to manage candidates for hiring.

The checklist feature helps me see exactly where I am in the onboarding journey and I find the tagging idea intriguing, even though it's still early to judge its full impact.
Cons
To me the onboarding feels like it would benefit from being laid out in clear, sequential steps rather than relying on figuring out which button or function to use at any given moment. Also, attaching files to a comment rather than placing them in an Applicant folder strikes me as unusual and somewhat confusing.

Moving applicants through interview stages is easy and I find the onboarding workflow uncomplicated while letting me update candidate profiles and track each step efficiently.
Cons
Because we integrated this tool with our scheduling system, I've found it frustrating that it ends up creating duplicate candidate profiles whenever people apply to more than one role, or when they are transferred between departments or positions.

This tool is really user-friendly. I appreciate the dashboard and how simple it is to locate what I need. I've begun using their drug-testing option for new hires and so far I'm pleased with it.
Cons
When it comes to drug testing, I'd prefer a step-by-step walkthrough. Right now I only see that the applicant completed their information and then I receive the final results.

Using it is easy, everything's centralized and it keeps all my candidates' details and documents organized.
Cons
From my experience I've seen the system alter the pay rate on a job ad and fail to syndicate the listing to LinkedIn or Indeed which left me with no applicants at all and I notice this problem comes up frequently.

This tool is super simple to work with whenever I need to post job openings and it offers a wide range of features that let me filter applicants so precisely. I really appreciate being able to narrow the candidate pool down because it gives me confidence that the right job seekers are actually coming through our doors!
Cons
One small issue I have is that whenever I select a candidate, the platform forces me to choose between two fixed categories, it's not a deal breaker for me but it does feel restrictive.
