“Speeds up screening but generates broken links”
Pros
The video interview submission feature really helps speed up the interview process and makes the whole candidate screening way more efficient.
Cons
Candidates keep getting broken links when we send them URLs and it's honestly really frustrating.

“Easy to use but not efficient”
Pros
What stands out to me is that the interface is so easy to use, whether I'm recruiting or managing employees. Response times have gotten way better as we adjust to candidate needs. The calendar integration works perfectly, support is super responsive and my overall productivity has gone up a lot.
Cons
The call quality through HireVue can be spotty sometimes and I really wish the ATS integration would just pull resumes automatically instead of needing manual work.

“Smart Solution but needs some tweaks”
Pros
It is very customizable to fit our specific needs which is amazing. There are now so many ways to solve problems. The teams have been awesome throughout implementation, hypercare and ongoing support. They've become a great partner, using their expertise to help us with our internal initiatives. They're always open to ideas for platform improvements even when the tech can't handle something at the moment.
Cons
The scheduling automation really needs some work to handle real-world situations better. For example, there's no easy way to manage hybrid interviews with both in-person and virtual participants. The archiving system is also a pain and you can't archive candidates from specific positions while keeping them active for other roles. We've also had ongoing audio and video problems that made it tough for our leadership team to fully get behind the technology. Even though we're using Call Candidate and have Webex integrated, these technical issues were a big hurdle during implementation.

Pros
I really like how flexible the recruiter and candidate views are. You can customize what info shows up exactly how you need it. The automated emails and texts save me tons of time and the on-demand questions and interviews make screening much smoother. Having both call bridge and direct dial options is great for flexibility in how I handle calls.
Cons
Accessing video formats for events and panel interviews can be tricky. The platform doesn't always handle different video types smoothly, which makes reviewing important content a bit frustrating.

I appreciate how easy it is to let candidates pick their own interview times.
Cons
When setting up events, you can't add multiple interviewers with one calendar because it keeps syncing with their Outlook, which is annoying. I'd prefer this to be handled without placeholders so candidates actually see who they're meeting instead of just "TBD." The Message Center is frustrating too because you can't search for candidate messages by name, only by email address.

“Easy screen scheduling but no break scheduling”
Pros
Setting up screen scheduling is so simple and the improved control over managing user calendar availability is really helpful. The T20 updates have made a big difference compared to my past experience with Modern Hire.
Cons
One big downside is that admins can't schedule breaks between consecutive interviews which makes setting up more complex interview sessions for our team really difficult.
