“Likes performance tools and payroll organization

Pros

I really like Hono HCM's performance tools. As it allows me to track goals, prepare for one on ones and stay organized. Also attendance logs sync directly from our timekeeping system which is very convenient. Expense tracking, payroll and leave updates are all handled well too. I especially like being able to organize payroll data by month and year. Plus setup was easy and their support team helped us get everything configured quickly and smoothly.

Cons

Well I wish it had an AI bot and more AI features to make navigation easier. As an intelligent assistant would help users understand the system better and offer multilingual support that would make the product much more appealing.

“Reliable attendance with geo-fencing

Pros

The thing I noticed is that employees can successfully record their attendance using either Geo Fencing or Geo Tagging and both options reliably capture clock-ins and clock-outs.

Cons

At times I notice that data processing can be slow and the accuracy of the captured data isn't always reliable.

Pros

HONO interface is very user-friendly making navigation easy for both new and experienced employees.

Cons

I do like how every feature works but I sometimes face slow login times and signing in can take longer than I'd expect.

“Handy for daily attendance and leave

Pros

We rely on it to keep track of our daily office arrival and departure times and it also makes managing holidays pretty simple. I find it especially useful when submitting leave requests and overall it's a handy tool for keeping tabs on everyday office activities and schedules.

Cons

The automatic logout period in this application feels too short to me.

Pros

I can view my attendance records in this app and submit leave requests directly. I also have access to my leave balance which I find extremely helpful for planning time off.

Cons

There is nothing about it that I dislike. Yes I haven't come across any features that bother me so far.

“Likes self-service portal

Pros

One thing I really like about it is its self-service portal. As it lets me manage my profile, submit time-off requests, access payslips and monitor attendance on my own which takes a lot of routine work off HR's plate.

Cons

Sometimes the system slows down. For instance even simple tasks like checking a payslip or clocking attendance take much longer than they should.

As someone who needs advanced features, I have notice the customization options are limited and don't meet more complex requirements.

“Great for hotels, geofencing, prompt support

Pros

For my work in India, It has been a great fit, particularly for hotels where staff work in multiple shifts. The geofencing and app-based setup make it really easy to use and I've noticed a clear drop in attendance errors. Also the overtime module is well-designed and can be adjusted to comply with different state laws. The customer support from Raveesh, Aarti and Garvit is very prompt too.

Cons

It is still in development but overall I find it wonderful to use.

“Excellent attendance and leave software

Pros

I've found this to be a great solution for managing time and leave. The Time & Leave Management system is simple and easy to use. The OT (Overtime) module is especially thorough and covers all the important aspects. It really helps streamline our processes, making things easier for both employees and managers.

Cons

It's still a work in progress but honestly, I have no complaints so far.

“System is too big and loads slowly

Pros

It includes every HR module such as Recruitment and PMS and overall it's an amazing software because I can deploy it for both domestic and international needs.

Cons

The system is too big and screens load slowly. So it is not easy to learn or use and it takes time before I feel comfortable with it.

I am really impressed by the functionality and how easy it is to use. Also implementing it was not a problem as the process was hassle-free.

As per my needs, I feel a few additional features still need to be developed to match our specific requirements.

“Transformed HR, centralized everything

Pros

We have rolled out HONO across our organization and it's totally transformed how our HR team and I handle employee management. As the platform brings employee records, payroll, performance reviews and leave requests together in a single system and having everything centralized has really organized and simplified our HR workflows.

Cons

I have noticed the interface could be more user friendly and the server's responsiveness could use improvement.

“Complete solution with great support

Pros

HONO HR is a complete solution that streamlines our HR processes. Plus its wide range of features and functionality suits virtually any business and I really like the decent service and support.

Cons

Biometric punches aren't available in real time sd they only update through scheduled jobs. So I feel like this could be improved.

“Quick data pull and great dashboards

Pros

Not only am I able to pull all the data in just a couple of seconds but the dashboards are great for presenting.

Cons

The recruitment module could use more configuration options and when I open the tool for the first time each day it takes noticeably longer to load.

“Separation and onboarding modules helpful

Pros

The separation module makes it easy to keep accurate employee records and with the Onboarding module I can provide candidates a much nicer experience.

Cons

For improvements, I'd like the overall speed to be faster. Plus letters should be auto-triggered once workflow approval is complete and attendance ought to be captured automatically in real time.

“Amazing attendance, time-saving workflow

Pros

I've found the attendance system to be really amazing and the employee confirmation workflow is pretty easy to use which saves me a great deal of time.

Cons

Sometimes the system runs slowly but other than that I don't really have anything to complain about.
