Likes performance tools and payroll organization

Pros

I really like Hono HCM's performance tools. As it allows me to track goals, prepare for one on ones and stay organized. Also attendance logs sync directly from our timekeeping system which is very convenient. Expense tracking, payroll and leave updates are all handled well too. I especially like being able to organize payroll data by month and year. Plus setup was easy and their support team helped us get everything configured quickly and smoothly.

Cons

Well I wish it had an AI bot and more AI features to make navigation easier. As an intelligent assistant would help users understand the system better and offer multilingual support that would make the product much more appealing.

Reliable attendance with geo-fencing

Pros

The thing I noticed is that employees can successfully record their attendance using either Geo Fencing or Geo Tagging and both options reliably capture clock-ins and clock-outs.

Cons

At times I notice that data processing can be slow and the accuracy of the captured data isn't always reliable.

Handy for daily attendance and leave

Pros

We rely on it to keep track of our daily office arrival and departure times and it also makes managing holidays pretty simple. I find it especially useful when submitting leave requests and overall it's a handy tool for keeping tabs on everyday office activities and schedules.

Cons

The automatic logout period in this application feels too short to me.
