For my larger agencies, this tool is great but I feel smaller companies benefit most, some bigger agencies might have better alternatives.

Great tool!! I get everything I need on one portal, from recruitment to offboarding, including onboarding, payroll, leave and attendance. I find the interface very clear and easy to use.

Cons

I notice that it is not very friendly on Android or iOS, requiring me to log in via a computer every time.
