“Excellent payroll management solution”
Pros
It doesn't require much training to get started. I use this daily for managing our dealership operations and it handles everything we throw at it. There are tons of features that cover all aspects of our business, from inventory to customer relations. When I've needed help, their support team has been responsive and knowledgeable. Getting our team up and running was smoother than expected with their onboarding process.
Cons
The reporting customization options could be more flexible and I wish the applicant tracking features were more effective. Also, the compensation management tools feel somewhat limited for our needs.

“Helpful in managing our HR processes”
Pros
I find this platform really helpful for managing our entire HR workflow from start to finish. Accessing employee information is simple and so is keeping track of details and generating reports. What I appreciate most is being able to monitor employee performance throughout their whole journey with us, from when they first join until they leave.
Cons
Generating reports can be pretty slow at times, which gets frustrating when you need quick data. Apart from that though, everything else works really well and supports what I need to do.

“Reliable HR platform!”
Pros
This system covers all our HR needs from start to finish. Managing employee data from onboarding through retirement calculations has never been smoother. The features are really impressive too.
Cons
The reporting feature used to be pretty tricky to to handle though recent updates have definitely made it more easier to work with.
