“improved employee relations tracking
Pros
For me just being able to track any employee relations case and generate reports has been a huge improvement. I previously relied on spreadsheets and Word docs which made it hard to see team activity.
Cons
I feel the Manager Portal could be better, with options for multi issue cases, improved templates and multi approver functionality.

“Structured and easy ER management
Pros
I find this tool very easy to use. I especially like how it is structured, making it simple to stay organized when entering an ER issue or investigation. I also appreciate the reporting tools, they are powerful yet simple to use.
Cons
One challenge I face is with font formatting when copying text from Word during investigations, it can be difficult to adjust.

Pros
This tool is simple and provides a central location for case document retention. I found the integration easy and the customer service has been excellent. I also enjoy the relevant Round Table discussions and look forward to the collaborative site.
Cons
Although I find the tool simple and helpful overall, sometimes case reports can be tricky to navigate and copying from Word often causes formatting issues that make reports look unprofessional. Updates in the issue dialogue box sometimes don't appear in summary reports which is frustrating.

Pros
What stands out most for me is having process consistency and smooth information flow in a fast paced environment. I can easily access employee history, analyze data for trends and the implementation was smooth. I also appreciate the ongoing support community.
Cons
If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the exit survey component could use additional functionality, though this tool is great at implementing suggested improvements.

Connecting the product with our employee database is simple, which saves me from manually entering data. Searching, cross referencing cases and running reports is extremely valuable.

Generating summaries and reports is very simple. It has made tracking customer complaints much easier for me.
Cons
Sometimes the system feels a bit slow and a few of our staff struggled with training initially but once familiar, they had no issues.

Perfect tool... I use this tool 95% of the day to log my daily ER load. I refer to the date that was entered for me and my entire team. Overall quality and ease of use is wonderful!
