Overall layout feels somewhat outdated and sometimes it's hard to find exactly what we are looking for but it's not a major issue.

HR Hero is very user-friendly and provides HR professionals at any level with the tools they need to research, document and implement initiatives like ethics training. With it we can choose between off-the-shelf or customizable options.

Cons

I feel like allowing the option to set due dates beyond the standard 30 or 60 days would make the tool more flexible.

“Great for federal law information but could be more affordable

Pros

It is extremely useful for both myself and the managers. It helps me stay informed about federal labor laws in the three states we operate in, utilize the handbook builder, research employee-related issues and provide effective training to our teams.

Cons

Well I wish there was a more affordable way to use the handbook builder for multiple states.
