The interface feels really easy and simple to use for most functions. I find the employee overview particularly easy to access when I need it. What I appreciate is how HRON keeps rolling out new Staff features that actually help with daily HR tasks.
Cons
The system has a few quirks with translation and when modules get renamed, though nothing that breaks functionality. The Process module could be more user-friendly, and many features require giving employees access to Staff.

Really love how this has streamlined our entire hiring process both for our team and the candidates themselves. The structured approach makes everything flow so much smoother, and it's become something we absolutely can't do without now. Personally, I like how both hiring managers and HR can quickly see all open positions at a glance. The GDPR compliance is really solid. What's particularly handy is being able to invite multiple candidates at once and let them pick their preferred time slots from a set range.
Cons
The system doesn't track when candidates browse through all our job postings, which other platforms usually flag. Same issue with internal candidates, there's no way to mark or identify them properly.
