“Simple but error-prone sometimes

The whole system is simple enough most of the time. It is designed for regular users so making any changes or adjustments based on what we need is a simple process.

Cons

We seem to run into errors sometimes once a month which makes it hard to fully trust that the transaction results are correct.

It is an easy-to-use platform that can create a wide variety of different reports.

Cons

No complaints as the program is really simple and easy to get the hang of. You don't have to enter much data manually and it creates plenty of useful reports.

The tools are really user friendly and we can easily go back and fix things if we need to make a change.

It would be great to have an easier way to fix any mistakes made during data entry. I also wish the support team was more accessible especially right now while we are still getting started.

One thing that is missing is the ability to compare new entries with older data side by side when we need to make updates or corrections.

I'd love to see more details added so we can view all our staff's information together in a single report.

Our team has tried a lot of different apps but HRWORKS stands out because its features are so strong and their support team is really helpful.

Umm I am really hoping for a more improved mobile application or maybe that's already something they are working on.
