The whole system is simple enough most of the time. It is designed for regular users so making any changes or adjustments based on what we need is a simple process.
Cons
We seem to run into errors sometimes once a month which makes it hard to fully trust that the transaction results are correct.

HR WORKS interface is pretty simple to navigate and I really like the different options for reports and how detailed they are.
Cons
One thing that is missing is the ability to compare new entries with older data side by side when we need to make updates or corrections.
