Nice software but has tracking issues

Pros

Attendance works well specially the check-in and check-out feature that helps verify login and logout details using biometric data. The recruitment and onboarding module also does its job nicely by removing the hassle of entering employee information all over again before moving it into the employee database. Payroll management is mostly aligned with company needs too, since the generated data follows tax rules, salary slabs and leave structures, though TDS management is still lacking.

Cons

The employee database side feels poorly organized because the related functions for maintaining employee information are spread across multiple menus instead of being available in one place that makes it easy to miss updates. Workflow is another weak area since there are no default workflow templates available. Employee tracking is especially disappointing because the tool turns inactive after a few minutes if the app is not revisited or refreshed and once that happens it stops recording work hours that defeats the whole purpose. Reporting is also limited because reports cannot be configured based on customer requirements, they don't present the needed information properly and filtering can only really be done after downloading the report and reworking it in Excel. Also, projects and timesheets are very hard to connect with each other so those features feel like they exist more in name than in actual usefulness.

a budget-friendly option!!

Pros

As a cost-effective option, this software is a strong fit for startups since you can buy it based on the number of employees. Rather than handling HR tasks manually, it helps improve an HR team's efficiency and makes the overall work more manageable.

Cons

The interface could be more user-friendly. For certain functions specially attendance approval and syncing attendance, we still needed help from the technical team.
