HRdirect Smart makes it easy for applicants to submit their applications.

Cons

There is a lack of communication as an application might be submitted but we are not informed when it becomes available.

What I like most about this software is its simplicity and smooth navigation. It provides all the necessary tools and using it is pretty easy too.

I have not come across anything I dislike about the software so far. It's effective, easy to use and gets the job done.

Pros

It is very light on the pocket and user-friendly. Plus this app lets us track our attendance and print a hard copy whenever needed.

Cons

Well I would like to see more safety training options and have them updated annually. The newly added safety app is legally compliant but it has not been updated yet. Also I have suggested they add more areas to the safety training app and they have said they will consider it in the future.
