“user-friendly but connectivity issues can be frustrating

The software is very user friendly and it's interface is definitely the highlight. Even someone new to it can figure out how to use it without any trouble.

Cons

Well the connectivity problems can be really frustrating at times.

“Simple interface but key features are missing

Pros

HR Mantra is very simple to use. Plus its simple interface makes it easy for everyone and the added features like filling out KRAs and pre-loaded samples help us save time and effort.

Cons

It's missing some key features you would expect from an HR management tool. For example attendance tracking is not fully automated and there are times when we have to contact HR for help instead of being able to fix the issue on our own.

“Tracks attendance and stores records!

Pros

I've used this tool for over a year and it's been great for keeping track of attendance. I also use the HRIS, leave, holiday calendar, PMS, LMS and policies. Even my last year's attendance is stored so I can check whenever I want.

Cons

I often get confused with the Leave Balance and History. Sometimes, it doesn't update my swipe details, and the Leave Application page takes time to load.
