HRMates provides a clear and reliable onboarding process for our company making it easy for us to get new employees up to speed. Plus it has comprehensive methods to keep all employees productive and minimize mistakes.
Cons
There is nothing that I dislike about this tool. Yes minor improvements are needed, but that is the case with all the tools.

Cons

We have been using the Performance Management System (PMS) and it keeps getting better with new features added regularly.
Cons
When we first started using the software, it was quite difficult, possibly because we did not have the right information but now it's much more comfortable to use.

They respond quickly to our queries and resolve small issues in no time. The software has very few failures and when issues are highlighted, the team addresses them promptly.

This software is the best and as mentioned earlier, any issues that come up, the team resolves them quickly.
