Clear, reliable and comprehensive

Pros

HRMates provides a clear and reliable onboarding process for our company making it easy for us to get new employees up to speed. Plus it has comprehensive methods to keep all employees productive and minimize mistakes.

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike about this tool. Yes minor improvements are needed, but that is the case with all the tools.

The software does a great job of tracking employees, their attendance and payroll which is really impressive.

Cons

I have nothing major to mention. Just a bit of customization in payroll would be great.
