it is really easy to use, I can integrate it with other software effortlessly, I trust its data and information security and it provides great attendance management services.
Cons

“ideal small business solution”
Pros
This is an ideal solution for small businesses and it helped me improve how I manage leave requests and payroll processing, there's even a free version I tried to determine whether it would suit our specific organization and I particularly enjoy the claim management feature
Cons
Flexibility is reduced for my team because it can't be installed on Mac or Android devices and I wish it included missing HR features like performance management and applicant tracking.

One thing I liked was how it made it simple to track an employee who was on leave.
Cons
At the moment there aren't major issues for me although accessibility felt restricted since we had to rely on another piece of software.

Pros
What I like most about this tool is that it's free and I've found it packed with a wide range of features designed to handle employee attendance, work hours, location tracking, payroll management and a host of other functions that our team uses.
Cons
The overall visual design doesn't really appeal to me but I can still work with it and find the functionality sufficient for my needs.

“Dashboard-driven HR control”
Pros
Now I can handle payroll, the leave management system, time clock and attendance tracking all from a single dashboard and honestly, what more could anyone ask for?
Cons
So far I haven't personally found anything to complain about with this software and my experience at this point has been satisfactory overall.

this software brings a lot of valuable, practical features, it's easy to use and navigate and the customer support is consistently available to staff, responding quickly and effectively whenever I need help.
Cons
From my perspective, the only drawback is that while it meets our needs in most areas, the tool seems best suited to smaller companies and may not scale well for larger organizations.

I've found this platform to be an amazing piece of software that bundles a lot of useful HR and finance tools into one place. I can monitor employee attendance, track applicants with precision and handle expense and salary reimbursements reliably. Employees request time off and manage leaves easily, while expense management and secure document handling with controlled access give me confidence about data privacy. Email connectivity was easy to set up, the payroll capabilities are sophisticated and tax services are easy to administer. It makes talent management simple, provides real-time activity updates, speeds up onboarding of new hires, generates expense reports and offers a great employee self-service portal, among other things.
Cons
As a user I'm not finding many things I dislike about it but I will say that the price is higher than what competitors charge.
