centralized HR dashboard simplified

Okay so... I'm actually impressed by how many HR capabilities this tool gives for free which makes it a real asset for small and mid-sized companies. In my experience the platform bundles core functions, like leave management, attendance monitoring, employee records and payroll handling, into a single, centralized dashboard. Because it's cloud-based and includes an employee self-service portal, I've found routine HR chores become simpler, saving time and boosting overall efficiency. The layout is clear and uncomplicated so both admins and staff pick it up quickly.

Cons

That said I do notice some drawbacks even though it's a strong free option. For instance, the user interface feels a bit dated compared with more modern HR systems which can be off-putting if you prefer a sleeker look. I've also run into limits with advanced customization and third-party integrations and that can be a real headache for organizations with more complex HR workflows. Since the platform relies on community support, I've had to lean on forums and documentation often because there isn't the same level of dedicated customer service you get from paid alternatives.

Great tool.... I rely on a cloud-based HR management system that lets our team access everything from anywhere which really simplifies things for us. Multiple users can work in the system at the same time and I appreciate the breadth of great, dependable features it offers, overall it supports a collaborative way of working that our group finds useful.

Cons

The user interface doesn't fully meet my expectations, as it feels cluttered and less convenient than I'd prefer, with a noticeable learning curve for new team members, an underwhelming mobile app experience and limited integrations that make it harder for me to connect other tools.

multilingual HR aligned

Pros

What I like is that it's multi-lingual and bundles payroll management, attendance tracking and employee self-service tools all in one place which really makes HR tasks much more aligned for me.

Cons

Well the interface strikes me as outdated and genuinely old-looking and I feel it would benefit a lot from a modern visual refresh.

top-notch HR modules

Pros

Almost everything works well for me. Every module feels top-notch. The paperless e-leave and e-claim systems along with the employee discussion forum rank among my favorite features and they genuinely help our organization run smoothly.

Cons

The e-claim process feels drawn-out in my experience and I'd really appreciate a way for me to see claims flagged and ranked by urgency so managers can quickly approve the most critical ones.

Pros

What I like most about this software is that it's permanently free and still offers core tools like payroll management, time tracking and expense claim handling features.

Cons

While the tool works well overall for me, it lacks onboarding, recruiting and performance management features and I believe adding payroll tax filing could push it into the top tier of HR solutions.

dependable and adaptable HR

Pros

As a user this app stands out as the top alternative HR software I've used because it's easy to operate, adaptable, dependable, precise and very user-friendly. One thing I appreciate about HR systems is how they constantly evolve and shift. From keeping up with new laws and regulations to updates in technology and changing employee expectations, it's never dull and always keeps me on my toes.

Cons

Because I often work late shifts, it's frustrating for me that the system automatically logs me out after midnight, forcing me to sign in again and interrupting my workflow.

Unified payroll tool

Pros

From my experience this software helps employees in an organization track their daily attendance, workload and hours, while managers can view attendance, pay, monthly tasks and monthly hours all in one place. I also appreciate that when everyone in the team takes leave, the system still shows accurate aggregated calculations for the day.

Cons

Some service options feel frustrating to me especially when certain actions load slowly and I think performance should be improved to match the tool's otherwise sleek appearance.

We get a lot of useful features without spending much like tracking daily work hours, accessing pay slips and managing our team all in one place.

Cons

Handy attendance tool

Pros

The attendance system is pretty handy for keeping track of working hours. The previous interface was user-friendly too and easy for anyone to navigate. Plus I must say it offers great value for the price.

Cons

Well the latest UI update looks nice visually but it's not very practical. The HR app does not always work properly and there is no customer service to help us when issues come up.

Pros

It has been really useful for handling leave and attendance. Also the platform is affordable, easy to use and the mobile app is a big plus. I like that they even include some solid features for free.

Cons

Total hours are not shown on the main attendance page so you have to dig deeper to find them. I feel like it'd be much better if they were displayed upfront. The interface could also use a more modern and appealing design.

Cons

HR.my free version comes with plenty of features to test out and the Android mobile app is a welcome addition. Payroll management is efficient too and the time clock helps us track everyone's work hours easily.

Cons

Since the UI update I have to click into each day just to see my hours. It is really inconvenient as the old UI showed everything on the main page. in short the new layout has been tough to adjust to.

Really happy with the price, it's affordable and the app works on both Android and iOS. I find it super simple for employers and employees to use and the free tier is especially useful because it lets me explore and actually understand how the application functions before committing.

Cons

Pros

I love that you can check in and out with timestamps as it's precise and reliable. The color themes are also a nice touch.

Cons

The interface does not feel very user friendly as it has an outdated look. I think it would help if the dashboard showed more info upfront like YouTube's dock panel, with graphs and key details such as remaining leave days or monthly reports. Right now there is too much empty space and important info is missing from the main view.

Pros

Cons
