An excellent value for money. The payroll and employee management tools are reliable and the automation built into the process saves a lot of time while cutting down on mistakes. Support is also very responsive whenever help is needed and the development team is open to feedback and willing to consider feature requests or future improvements. Also... it's simple to use that makes it a dependable option for businesses that want to work more efficiently.
Cons
There are occasional minor bugs or small issues butoverall the system remains reliable and efficient for day-to-day use for both managers and employees.

Pros
Navigation is simple and the system is simple to use day to day. The reporting is thorough, the pricing feels fair and the team is quick to respond whenever a question comes up.
Cons
There have been a few minor bugs that needed fixing. The video help content also feels a bit too long and could be better supported with articles or an FAQ.

Pros
Getting what I need from the software is simple and it's also simple to train others on how to use it and share the information that needs to be shared. The part I appreciate most is the support team. Whenever something comes up.. whether it's a user mistake or a system issue, they're always friendly, helpful and ready to assist.
Cons
I'd like to see improvement in giving admins the ability to remove rejected leave requests from the system.
