“Good software!”
Pros
Their support team helping all along the way. It also blends into the Microsoft environment almost like a native part of it.
Cons
The UI/UX isn't quite as adaptive as it could be and some calendars and views aren't obvious at first and have to be discovered. There are also a lot of settings that can make things feel a bit confusing.

“A true all rounder software”
Pros
What I appreciate most about this software is how many different HR areas it can cover in one place.
Cons
The analytics could be more developed. I also don't like that it only lets you create PDF files and not Word documents.

Pros
Time tracking, vacation management and absence management are all handled really well.
Cons
DATEV setup will probably still be a bit complicated.
