Pros
Their support team helping all along the way. It also blends into the Microsoft environment almost like a native part of it.
Cons
The UI/UX isn't quite as adaptive as it could be and some calendars and views aren't obvious at first and have to be discovered. There are also a lot of settings that can make things feel a bit confusing.

What I appreciate most about this software is how many different HR areas it can cover in one place.
Cons
The analytics could be more developed. I also don't like that it only lets you create PDF files and not Word documents.
