“great way to stay organized
Pros
I really value the personnel handbook and the news feature as they keep everyone informed and aligned. Plus being able to create folders within the documents section makes organizing everything much simpler.

Pros
The onboarding and offboarding process is handled really well and the personnel handbook is put together really well. It makes everything clear and easy to follow.
Cons
We use the meetings and insights features a lot but we really wish there was a built-in survey tool too.

It is functional, user-friendly and powerful yet it still feels simple to use. The best thing is that they keep improving the product based on what users and the market need.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike as the system works well and comes with strong integrations, making it easy to use Huma as our main source for employee data.

I find it easy to use, integrates smoothly with other tools and the service and support are excellent. The system also keeps its promises when it comes to updates and new features.
Cons
Seniority is calculated from the employee's first day, which sometimes causes confusion in our records.

Pros
The new design is clean and user friendly making it easy to navigate, connect with colleagues and get a clear view of the whole organization.
Cons
It still feels incomplete and needs more development. Since many features are not fully implemented yet so we often have to do things manually which takes extra time.
