Customer support could definitely be improved. I've had some frustrating experiences trying to get help with issues.

I can access everything I need from one place, clocking in and out, managing rosters, checking timesheets, viewing my calendar and checking payslips. It's so easy to use.

Sometimes logging in is slow but honestly, that's the only complaint I have about the system.

Deleting notifications one by one gets pretty tedious. I wish I could just swipe to clear them instead of clicking each time.

Having everything in one place is amazing. timesheets, schedules & payslips. Clocking in and out couldn't be easier. As an area coordinator, I can also check staffing numbers and availability from home through the manager's section, which is such a huge help.

Honestly, I haven't found anything to complain about.

The bidding system only shows dates without telling me what day of the week it is. It'd be helpful if dates got highlighted after I've already placed a bid for them.

The interface is amazing and their customer support team is quick to respond. During COVID, being able to log in from my phone and mark attendance was a lifesaver. The navigation and dashboard look great, everything's laid out so clearly and is easy to use.

Cons

I occasionally run into login issues or errors when using the apps. There's also some lag that makes logging in take forever. Plus updates haven't come through for a while, which is frustrating.

It gives me complete visibility into our staffing and scheduling, which has become crucial for how we operate. For me and my team, the ability to clock in and out remotely and approve shifts has been a huge benefit.
