Logical ATS with useful HR tools

Pros

I like how this tool stands out as one of the better options because the workflow makes sense and works well with LinkedIn. It also comes with built-in features for time tracking and managing project objectives that adds a lot of value. The system feels adaptive and doesn't take long to understand. We relied on it for tracking work calendars and counting leave days for projects where we were hiring people into full-time roles. Another big advantage is how team members can access profiles across the team without much friction.

Cons

The biggest limitation is more of a category-wide issue than something unique to it like many competing tools for applicant tracking, time tracking and team management, it still doesn't offer the all-in-one coverage you would get from a true ERP. For a single business process in our services setup, you still end up needing two or three separate systems, logging into each one and exporting data between them. In practice, that means using it for calendar management and hiring, then moving to Jira for project goals, QuickBooks for accounting and finally a banking app for payroll payments. A lot of modern ERPs already combine those functions in one system. Im also not a fan of Hurma's aggressive color palette. Also, , the subscription feels expensive considering the limited functionality around payroll and payment management. It would also make more sense to have scientifically validated assessments, such as TestGorilla-style tests, built into the platform instead of relying on self-created polls.
