“Easy HR access

Pros

For me, the system is very easy to use and I find it super convenient to access my HR profile and everything else right through the app.

Cons

Sometimes the system acts up badly. It doesn't pick up my location or face properly and the delays drive me absolutely crazy. I've had way too many moments of frustration with it.

“Exactly what I was looking for

Pros

The training I've received so far really aligns with what I need in an HR system, it makes tracking both attendance and payroll efficient and simple.

Cons

Nothing bad to share so far. We're super excited about finishing the migration and can't wait to go live as soon as everything's set up.

I've found the interface to be user friendly and I really like how we're able to customize it to fit our company's and employees needs.

There's nothing right now that bothers me about the Infotech HR system. I find everything clearly laid out and easy to follow which really helps with day to day tasks.

For my HR work, the user friendly interface helps a lot, I can track records and manage payroll and leave without hassle.

Cons

They could definitely offer training more often. I'd appreciate some shorter weekly sessions, especially since not everyone can commit to full day training with other work going on.

From my experience, it's a practical system, the payroll, leave and time modules have made my HR admin tasks much easier to handle.

So far so good, nothing to complain about at the moment. This HRMS has been recommended by a lot of HR folks I know and I can see why. I'd just love to see more updates that improve efficiency down the line.

“Allows Custom team access

I find it easy to understand and use and I appreciate having so many features in one place. It's great that I can customize user access based on what my team needs.

Cons

Not much I'd change honestly. If I had to mention one thing, I'd say the pricing could be more flexible, especially when it comes to the number of users being limited.
