Handles everything for us but outdated design

Pros

info:HR platform handles almost everything we need for HR and payroll and it even includes a self-service portal where employees can manage their own info.

Cons

The design feels a bit outdated and it's not the easiest to find our way around at first as it takes some time to get used to how everything works.

Fantastic attendance and self-service tracking

Pros

It lets our HR team easily keep track of employee attendance and punctuality and it helps automate a lot of our internal workflows. Staff can update their personal details, submit time-off requests and check their sick or vacation balances all without having to stop by the HR office. We can also view everyones information on a single dashboard, process bulk updates smoothly and choose from over 200 report templates.

Cons

I don't have a single complaint. It�is honestly a fantastic system.

Easy for employees to use

Pros

The part of the system made for employees is pretty easy and simple to use.

Cons

Well the backend HR admin side is not as full-featured as I'd like and it takes a while to get comfortable using it.

Easy navigation and strong security

Pros

Not only is it easy to navigate but I also like the security settings as they are really strong.

Cons

I wish there was a way to build custom reports instead of just using the pre-made ones.

Affordable and canadian-tailored

Pros

It is affordable, packed with features, offers some customization and the team behind it really understands what Canadian HR teams and businesses need for tracking and reporting.

Cons

Their support and technical teams seem pretty overloaded lately. They still respond but not as quickly as they used to. Also the employee self-service module can be slow to sync updates and even though data eventually goes through, it's not always instant. The interface also looks a bit old compared to other systems which can make it harder to get employees engaged.

cool digital timesheets but lengthy setup process

Pros

I love that I no longer have to handle vacation hours and timesheets on paper. Everything is digital such as employees can log in anytime to see their balances, request time off and submit timesheets. I also like how quickly I can pull the reports our accountant needs.

Cons

Getting everything set up took a really long time. I had to assign my assistant full-time to work on implementation and she spent hours getting it configured. I am also not a fan of how you have to log out to switch between sections as it'd be nicer if everything was accessible from one central screen.

User-friendly system, reporting could improve

The system is user friendly and really easy to navigate making it simple to find our way around.

Cons

simple to use but has fewer features

Pros

It is simple to operate, has great self-service options and I like the reporting function as they works well.

Cons

There are not a lot of advanced features and reporting is pretty basic. Every time we export reports from INFO:hr�to Excel we have to spend time fixing the formatting because the columns and rows never line up properly.
