“Highly configurable solution
Pros
Hands down, this is one of the most configurable solutions out there. I've seen it handle almost every labor rule without issue.
Cons
Support could focus a bit more on functional guidance as well as technical help, though our customer success manager has been very helpful.

Pros
Timesheets and schedules are very visual, which makes it easy to understand for my employee schedules compared to similar tools.
Cons
Running this system properly takes a full team. Without enough internal support, it can be challenging which isn't this tool's fault but shows the upkeep and ongoing management needed.

“comprehensive tool for planning
Pros
This tool is packed with features. It's a comprehensive planning and optimization platform and the time and attendance functions let me manage labor performance effectively across a growing workload.
Cons
Upgrades are great but I wish they came with more documentation and tutorials. New features are useful but it takes time to implement them properly which delays the benefits.

The core product is flexible and I like that framework allows extensions to meet different customer needs across many industries.
Cons

“Quick and easy support
Pros
Getting support is quick and easy. I can reach someone without hassle and the response time is fast. They usually resolve issues or fill knowledge gaps immediately and the team is very knowledgeable.
Cons
For a mostly hourly, transient workforce, some features are still catching up. I like that each upgrade adds a lot of new features and requests we've made have appeared in later releases.

“Automatic PTO submission
Pros
I like that paid time off requests are automatically submitted when I miss time. It makes the whole process way easier and I don't have to deal with the hassle of submitting requests manually.
Cons
Editing time entries isn't as smooth as I'd like. I wish I could mass edit each day and submit the same time quickly.

“Easy pay rule customization
Pros
Customizing pay rules, even for complicated union contracts, is simple with this system. I can make configuration changes myself and the base product offers lots of features to use.
Cons
Maintaining the system requires both IT and business support and I think migrating changes into production involves many steps.
