Pros
I regularly put together reports for management and this tool makes it so simple to create clear, effective ones. Pulling useful data is quick and simple. Overall it's become a real go-to for me because it saves so much time and effort.
Cons
It does not display the bonus sheet that's the only thing missing but everything else works fine.

“cloud version is not reliable”
Pros
The desktop version is highly reliable and user-friendly. I am really pleased with how smoothly it works day to day.
Cons
Well the cloud version is not as simple as we'd like and we do not really trust it since data sometimes disappears without warning. In short it feels too risky so we are sticking with the desktop version even though we have already paid for the web-based system.

Pros
Calculating payroll each month is so hassle-free now. In short it takes a lot of pressure off and makes it easier for me to sort out any pay-related questions with the team.
Cons
We have to update the software often because it keeps giving errors when we try to open it.

Pros
Tracking attendance and leaves is smooth and support has been great too. I'd just like to see more updates and new features over time.
Cons
Attendance and leave tracking work well and support has been helpful. I just wish they roll out more upgrades and new features.

It requires a lot of custom setup and as per me the dashboard is not visible or user-friendly.

Pros
InfowanHR helps us manage all sorts of employee details like custom flags, attendance including mobile clock-ins and missed punches, leave balances, payroll, digital payslips and payroll registers that too all in one place.
Cons
I have not had a chance to use the Employee Exit module for full-and-final settlements, the Increment Module or the Expense Module in InfoWanHR. So I would really like to have some guidance on how to use these.
