“Reminders help keep track of things”

Pros

Every morning, I sign in to check whose birthday or anniversary is coming up and that's been really helpful. It's a nice way to keep track of special dates and gives everyone a public space to celebrate and recognize coworkers. The platform is user friendly which makes it enjoyable to use on a daily basis.

Cons

there's not much about it that hasn't been useful. If I could change one thing, I would love to have more image options for the acknowledgements because using the same pictures again and again starts to feel repetitive.
