Completing payroll usually only takes a few minutes for me unless something unusual comes up. When that happens, customer support is always ready to help.

Ease of use and friendliness of the staff is what I appreciate most. Other payroll software I've used was complicated and support was hard to reach. This company and their software are completely different, staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

I've been using Evolution for over a year and haven't really run into any issues. Whenever I have a question, my dedicated representative has always been very helpful.

Integrating with third-party time clock systems isn't possible which can be limiting in my opinion.

“Smooth transition between tools

Pros

Several years ago, we switched from ADP to Inova and it turned out to be a great decision. The transition went smoothly and it has continued to run well ever since. Occasionally other payroll providers try to convince us to switch but I always tell them we're happy with Inova and not interested.

We don't use any extra software with this tool. All payroll updates or changes are handled through emails to their support group which works perfectly for us.
