Pros

I absolutely love how user-friendly this software is. It sends candidates notifications and reminders, keeping them informed. On the technical side, I appreciate how the system allows candidates to test their system before the interview, ensuring their software is compatible.

Cons

The only drawback is that not everyone has a reliable internet connection, so it would be beneficial to have an option for conducting interviews with fewer computer resources.
