Powerful reporting but search needs improvement

Pros

iRecruit reporting feature is powerful and I find the applicant tracking system easy to use.

Cons

The search functionality can be tricky and the applicants that show up in the results don't always match the criteria making it hard for us to rely on this feature.

great stats but missing WOTC features

Pros

We like how the system displays stats based on how candidates applied and allows us to search for applications by job title.

Cons

We don't use the features that allow data to transfer to our HRMS/HRIS system. Additionally we have not noticed any WOTC-related activity yet.

aligned interface, financial benefits

Pros

it's interface is aligned which helps me and my teammates work efficiently and I value the built-in support for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit program that delivers real financial benefits.

Cons

During peak hours we've noticed the application can become fairly sluggish which seems to be a common trait among many cloud-based SaaS platforms. It's the only real drawback I've experienced so far and it typically shows up when usage is at its highest.

User-friendly candidate management

Pros

User-friendly page layouts make it simple for me to add candidate profiles and parse resumes and I really enjoy how convenient the navigation feels.

Cons

There isn't much I dislike about this tool. A few features could use updates because of occasional glitches but personally I've never found an issue serious enough that made me reach out to support for help.

High cost

Pros

The interface is clean and I appreciate the excellent customer support along with the WOTC tax credit emails that can be sent directly to candidates.

Cons

I feel the cost is higher than many comparable products which is a drawback for me. While I value that it's a cloud-based recruiting and applicant-tracking solution built to support companies of any size, it's disappointing that there isn't an Android app in the app store like other tools with similar pricing.

Responsive technical support

Pros

Technical support is highly responsive and I find applicants respond favorably to the platform.

Cons

Formatting isn't very feasible for users like me, so I end up calling my support tech every single time.

Clunky navigation, posting limits

Pros

it's representatives are extremely responsive and I rely on the reporting tools to meet our specific business needs.

Cons

The navigation feels slow and clunky. I find it takes forever to load resumes and because the system won't let you view or move between multiple pages simultaneously, I often lose my place or important details when I go back and forth. It also bothers me that I can't edit a job posting or requisition after it's gone live, when something changes, I have to take the posting down and create a brand-new one. That process wastes a lot of my time and is extremely frustrating.
