“saves time with payroll and reporting
Pros
This HR management tool has all the key features you would expect and the HR team really benefits from the easy access and reporting features. Payroll reporting is especially helpful, saving us a lot of time each month that would otherwise be spent doing things manually.
Cons
I feel like the user interface could definitely be improved as it's a bit overwhelming for new users logging into it for the first time. Additionally there are no API features available to import or export data which is something that should be essential in a product like this especially in 2022.

Pros
Creating customized pages is not a problem and I find the platform average.
Cons
Their customer service is awful and it is almost impossible to reach anyone. Also the back-office system is clunky and hard to use. The new user interface is dull and grey, not great at all. They don't seem to listen to their customers as suggestions for improvement from multiple users have been ignored for over three years. Key features are missing too which creates more work for users and I find it very expensive too.

“terrible customer support
Pros
During our first year using Cascade, the customer support was exceptional and very efficient.
Cons
As I mentioned earlier in the beginning, customer service was responsive and helpful. But since IRIS took over, it has been nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone by email. Due to the poor customer support, we were offered a discount during renewal. We also requested a reduction in licenses but these changes were not reflected in our most recent invoice. Now our credit control team is chasing us for a payment that's �3,000 more than agreed. Even though we have emailed HR Renewals, two account managers and the Credit Control team since April, we have still not gotten a response. It is now the end of June and we are still being chased for payment, even though we have clearly stated the invoice is incorrect. The system is also clunky and while the reporting function is a bit flexible, it still requires a lot of manual work. The real problem here is the total lack of customer service. After months of waiting with no response, we have decided not to renew and would not recommend this product to anyone.

“Easy holiday requests
Pros
Requesting holidays and checking the planner is pretty easy. I also like the drop-down menu for navigating through the pages makes everything even simpler.
Cons
The click and drag feature for booking holidays can sometimes be frustrating as it does not always work properly. Additionally the overall design of the system feels outdated to me.

“intuitive editing once familiar
Pros
IRIS Cascade makes it super easy to build websites, whether they're simple or more complex. Multiple users can edit the site without any hassle, and once you get the hang of it, the interface is really intuitive, uploading images and making changes is very simple too.
Cons
umm the system does feel a bit off at times. Setting up page modules can be tricky and often requires IT support to get everything working properly. The terminology could also be more user-friendly, which makes it harder for regular users to manage without a bit of technical know how.
