“absolutely brilliant with outstanding support
Pros
Overall I've found it to be absolutely brilliant.. the platform itself delivers on every front. And the support has been equally outstanding. The representative assigned to us has been nothing but professional, extremely knowledgeable and very patient in guiding us through every question. Most importantly they've always been quick to reply whenever I reached out which makes you feel genuinely valued and supported. It�s that rare combination of a great product backed by an exceptional team.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of any drawbacks.

“Makes hiring tasks much easier
Pros
Using iSmartRecruit has made handling hiring tasks much easier for me. As the interface feels user friendly and what stands out most are the automated tools that cut down on time while maintaining everything in order.
Cons
The system is a little overwhelming at first due to the sheer number of features but after I became familiar with it navigating feels a lot simpler.

“user-friendly and useful for organization
Pros
The software is really user friendly and easy to use which makes getting around it simple. Also it has been useful for keeping candidate information organized and for smoothing out routine recruiting chores and I also liked that I could tweak and personalize several features.
Cons
However I think the integration choices and automation capabilities need work to make the overall flow smoother and personally I've found the resume parsing feature to be rather unreliable.

“Quick and helpful support team
Pros
I like the support team as they respond quickly and are genuinely helpful. They listen, understand the issue and provide clear solutions. I also really appreciate having a dedicated single point of contact to deal with.. it creates consistency, builds trust and saves so much time because I don�t have to re-explain things every time I reach out. It feels personalized and reliable.
Cons
Because of the time difference I sometimes struggle to find a suitable slot for meetings. I realize this is unavoidable and not something that can easily be fixed.

“very customizable with handy tools
Pros
Personally I find the interface very customizable and easy to navigate. It comes with handy tools like recording decline reasons, adding notes and attaching files. Also candidate profiles are simple for me to view and filter inside the candidate module. And the client module really helps consulting teams because it lets me organize jobs by client. I can also create and export several different types of reports.
Cons
Well there are some issues I have run into. Such as a few fields can be set as optional but I can't fully remove them for example ZIP and social network details. I also wish there was a history log when I update attached CVs because changes aren't tracked. Decline reasons do not show on the candidate view so I have to open each job to see them. CV parsing and duplicate detection also miss things occasionally.

Pros
The tool is very simple to use. This ATS has made our team's candidate database management much more efficient.
Cons
There is restricted flexibility when it comes to editing candidate profiles. Some fields feel unnecessary and even though they're optional I'd prefer the option to delete them completely from our system.

Pros
I rely on the Application Tracking System ATS)because it helps me manage candidate pipelines more efficiently and significantly reduces the time I spend manually sorting resumes or tracking each applicant's progress.
Cons
The learning curve for users is pretty steep and it feels overwhelming at first so it takes a while before I can fully understand and make use of all the features.

“excellent features with great support
Pros
This software is excellent, providing every feature required to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. What's more, the support team is approachable and responsive and they've supported us a lot in tailoring the platform so it fits our needs perfectly.
Cons
We really wish there was a way to go through candidate profiles like swiping on a phone, rather than being forced to open every single resume in its own separate window.

iSmartRecruit is extremely flexible letting me customize my workflows to simplify and speed up our hiring process.
Cons
From my experience the interface on it feels a bit outdated at times and occasional slowdowns can be annoying. On top of that, I wish the reporting tools offered detailed analytics for better insights.
