Pros
Using iSmartRecruit has made handling hiring tasks much easier for me. As the interface feels user friendly and what stands out most are the automated tools that cut down on time while maintaining everything in order.
Cons
The system is a little overwhelming at first due to the sheer number of features but after I became familiar with it navigating feels a lot simpler.

Overall I've found it to be absolutely brilliant.. the platform itself delivers on every front. And the support has been equally outstanding. The representative assigned to us has been nothing but professional, extremely knowledgeable and very patient in guiding us through every question. Most importantly they've always been quick to reply whenever I reached out which makes you feel genuinely valued and supported. I like the support team as they respond quickly and are genuinely helpful. They listen, understand the issue and provide clear solutions. I also really appreciate having a dedicated single point of contact to deal with.. it creates consistency, builds trust and saves so much time because I don�t have to re-explain things every time I reach out. It feels personalized and reliable.
Cons
Because of the time difference I sometimes struggle to find a suitable slot for meetings. I realize this is unavoidable and not something that can easily be fixed.
