Great biometric clock-in

Pros

My favorite part is the biometric integration for clocking in as it works flawlessly.

Cons

Support options are limited and they are often not very responsive when we need assistance.

smooth Android app for clocking in

Pros

I really like the Android app that lets us clock in and out smoothly while keeping accurate attendance records.

Cons

There are not many integrations with other tools and the process can be frustrating at times.

Great affordable training but difficult scheduling

Pros

This software is great for training, easy for employees to access and more affordable than other WebClock solutions. The training team was pretty helpful too as they are always available via email or live sessions which made our transition quite fun.

Cons

I wish the site had a more visually appealing design and that scheduling or adjusting time punches were easier. It feels like there are too many clicks involved in setting a schedule or correcting a missed punch. I prefer Dayforce's design as it's much simpler.

amazing and simple training

Pros

The training was amazing and easy for all staff to access. Also the system is simple to navigate and more affordable than other WebClock options available. Even the training team was supportive and easy to reach through email and live sessions, making the transition smooth.

Cons

I wish the site design was more visually appealing and that scheduling employees or adding new shifts was easier. Right now it takes way too many clicks just to set a simple schedule or fix a missed punch. I really prefer how simple platforms like Dayforce are when it comes to adjusting schedules and correcting times.

Pros

It is a simple software and it has really helped me manage my time much better.

Cons

Simplified our time tracking

Pros

Keeping track of both my employees time and my own has become so much simpler. Plus the support team from WebClock is always friendly and ready to help us whenever we need it.

Cons

We really don't have any complaints as it works perfectly for our small business.
