It feels to me that setting up schedules or correcting time punches takes longer than necessary.

This product is pretty easy to use and packed with a lot of features. The best part is the frequent updates that add new functionalities with every release.

Cons

While I don't think there are major drawbacks with it, the pricing tends to be on the higher end.

It offers reliable time tracking at a fair price. I used it with one of my clients and its flexibility was a huge advantage.

The Android version has been a bit inconsistent. I use a Samsung Galaxy for both work and personal use and it does not always perform as expected.

I love the affordable pricing and the excellent, quick support that comes with it. Also setting it up was quick and easy and it's very user-friendly for employees. It comes with many features too including facial recognition for time clocks. You can also create users by department and easily export data to your PEO, who handles the setup for you.

In our experience, it is very simple to set up and very easy for employees to use. Also there are plenty of helpful options including facial recognition time clocks. Even we can organize users by department and exporting data to our PEO is simple too as they even handle the setup for us which is a huge plus. The pricing is also reasonable and I like the support team as it is both helpful and quick to respond.
