“all-in-one HR management tool
Pros
Having HR management, payroll and employee records together in one system makes it really practical for handling several HR tasks without switching between tools. It keeps employee information organized and easy to access that is especially helpful for a small business where efficient HR processes matter. Being able to manage HR, payroll and employee data all in one place makes the platform very useful overall.
Cons
Navigation is one part that could definitely be better. At times it feels more complicated than it should, especially when I need to find certain features quickly. The menu layout does not always feel very adaptive so it can take extra time to track down specific settings or functions. For example, when working on payroll or updating employee information, I often have to move through multiple sections instead of using one clear dashboard. Some options also are not labeled clearly that adds to the confusion.
