recruiter-built and feature-packed

Pros

After 20 years in recruitment and working with plenty of ATS and CRM platforms JARVI stands out as the best value for money I've seen. There are so many features worth mentioning that it's hard to pick just one. The LinkedIn and Outlook sync is excellent and the AI tools are also incredibly useful for automatically taking notes and generating conversation summaries, whether the discussion is with clients or candidates. Support goes far beyond being simply responsive. Problems are very rare but even outside of that, the team genuinely listens to suggestions for improvement and implements them quickly. It really feels like a tool built by recruiters, for recruiters.

Cons

At this point I honestly don't have any negatives to mention. If a feature happens to be missing, it can usually be created directly within the application and if not, the Jarvi team is willing to develop it.

recruiter-focused automation wins

Pros

It's been a long time since I've come across an ATS/CRM as impressive as Jarvi. The automated tasks are fantastic and free up a lot of time which lets us concentrate on what actually matters most: the people. On top of that, the platform keeps improving with new features all the time and it really feels like the product is being shaped by listening to what recruiters genuinely need in real-world use.

Cons

I'd absolutely recommend Jarvi to any recruiter looking for a truly efficient solution.

linkedin recruiter integration done right

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is how well it connects with LinkedIn Recruiter, along with the high level of automation and the way everything is centralized in one place. The support team is also quick to respond which really helps. With Jarvi, I can access a wide range of information instantly and I don't have to keep switching windows, tabs, or clicking around to find it. That gives me fast visibility into exactly what I need, whether it's past conversations, candidate history, or the different stages of sourcing and recruitment. Its strongest points are clearly the centralization and visibility of information, how easily that information can be shared and the automation features.

Cons

It would also be useful to improve the smart automatic variables in messages, such as removing unnecessary capital letters or keeping only one word when company names include too much extra information. On top of that the Magic Reply feature could be even stronger if it took the full history of exchanges with the candidate into account.

Top support

Pros

Right from the start it felt refreshingly simple because it stays focused instead of piling on unnecessary advanced features. It handles a small number of things but it does them really well and that matches our processes perfectly. The LinkedIn integration is a big plus since it works without any setup at all. I also really value how the platform is organized across CRM, Recruitment Project and ATS which makes everything feel well thought out. On top of that getting it up and running initially was simple and I'd absolutely recommend it as a 10 out of 10. And above all, the support team is the fastest and most effective I've come across in the SaaS world.

Best recruiting command center

Pros

Running a freelance recruiting business on my own, this tool has turned into the hub I use every day. Everything is brought together in one clean, no-frills platform and it really feels like each feature is there for a reason. The multichannel integration across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and Telegram has been a huge help because I can see a candidate's full history without bouncing between tools all day. The note taker has also made a big difference, cutting my evaluation time by roughly half by automatically creating candidate scorecards and briefs. On top of that, their support team is incredibly quick to respond which matters a lot when you're managing a solo business.

Cons

To be honest after using it daily for almost a year, I still haven't run into any major problems or deal-breaking issues. It has been very stable throughout. The only thing I'd really like to see going forward is more automation and additional client management features.

clear design and responsive team

Pros

Using this tool day to day has been a really positive experience. The platform feels pleasant to work with, the layout is thoughtfully designed and the interface looks clear and modern. It's also very simple so you can get comfortable with it right away without spending forever trying to understand how everything works.

Cons

Another thing I truly value is the quality of the support from the team. They're available, attentive and especially quick to respond which genuinely makes a big difference.

AI-powered recruiting upgrades

Pros

I really appreciate how the platform keeps evolving especially with the use of AI. New additions like candidate rating, interview recording and AI-based search across the talent pool are genuinely very interesting and add real value.

Cons

Something I'd personally like to see is the option to share a dashboard with each client so I wouldn't have to keep creating reports and sending emails every time there's an update on a search, similar to how Airtable lets you share a link to a view.

Smart AI time-saver

Pros

Keeping up with candidates, applications, clients and follow-ups is much more manageable when everything sits in one place. The AI tools are actually helpful as well especially the meeting note-taker and I really appreciate that the notes are automatically attached to the correct ATS or CRM record. It ends up saving a lot of time.

Cons

Using the platform feels very simple and it's clearly designed to make everyday work more efficient. It's become part of my daily routine and Honestly I can't picture going back to how I worked before.

Simple recruiting flow

Pros

The interface feels incredibly clear and simple. Having all my candidates visible at a glance and being able to sort them quickly with filters saves me a lot of time day to day. Managing applications barely takes any effort now and sending contact emails is much faster thanks to the templates. The audio transcription of conversations is also a real plus, even if it still feels a bit unusual not having to take notes myself. It's also very useful for prospecting since all the key information about clients and prospects is there when I need it. On top of that, the team keeps improving the product and is always impressively responsive.

Cons

On a purely personal note I'd love the option to rank candidates with little hearts instead of stars, just because it would feel cuter. We're also really looking forward to the boolean search feature. Aside from that, everything is excellent.

LinkedIn outreach time-saver

Pros

One of the best things is how much time it cuts out of repetitive work like sending emails and LinkedIn messages. Importing contacts and candidates is also much quicker compared to doing everything by hand. It's very user-friendly which made getting started simple. The support team has been highly responsive and quick whenever I've had questions. I also get a lot of value from the LinkedIn integration especially for sending bulk emails, messages and invitations while staying within LinkedIn's limits so my account stays safe. Setup at the beginning was very simple too, with automated imports from Excel or directly from my LinkedIn network.

Cons

Whenever something comes up the support team resolves it very quickly so I really don't have any complaints.

A real partner for recruiters

Pros

Interface is well designed and the whole solution clearly feels built to make recruiters day to day work easier. It genuinely gives the feeling of having coworkers alongside you, plus real technical support that is especially appreciated when you're used to working on your own.

Cons

I haven't come across any real downsides yet. The few areas that could be improved are shared with the technical support team and whenever possible, they are handled properly, with the reassuring feeling that requests are truly listened to and taken seriously.
