The interface makes worker onboarding much smoother than before. Even our non-tech staff can navigate through payroll processing without any trouble, which saves us tons of training time.

There are barely any customization options for reports. Makes it tough to generate the specific reports I need for analyzing important HR metrics.

The built-in reports are pretty basic and don't offer the customization options I really need. Creating reports that provide deeper insights into workforce trends and employee performance is a tedious and time-consuming process.
