I love being able to add hours if I forgot to clock in or out during the day. You can edit your entries anytime before the pay period ends, which is convenient. The integration with our HR app also makes everything run much smoother.

Sometimes the app glitches and doesn't function properly. If they could fix these technical hiccups, it would be perfect for time tracking.

What I personally find most appealing is how it simplifies time tracking without making things complex. The Slack integration has also made communication and time tracking seamless, reducing the need for constant context-switching between tools.

I feel like reporting features could definitely use some work. While the basic reports do the job, I often find myself wanting more customization options and deeper analytics. It would be great to generate detailed insights or create custom reports based on specific criteria. Also even though the interface is pretty intuitive overall, there are occasional minor glitches and syncing delays between devices that can be frustrating when you need real-time updates.

I find it really simple to monitor our hours and the support team has been excellent when I've needed help. The features work well for what we need and the logout/login timing is accurate which is important for our tracking.

Cons

The break periods can drag on way too long and really need some adjustments to make them more reasonable.

I signed up for unlimited time tracking with no user limits and even though the features are pretty basic, it worked for our small team.

Cons

The main reason I upgraded was to add PTO policies for tracking vacation days. Even though this shows as a paid feature, you only get one basic rule and fixed days given at the start of each year. Support told me monthly accruals are "coming soon," but there's no way to set rules based on actual days worked. After spending 4 hours trying to make it work, I attempted to cancel and get my money back. Their policy is no refunds though. Canceling means I'm stuck paying for a full year of features I cant actually use and you immediately get downgraded to the free version. If your considering a premium plan, definitely go monthly for a month or two first so you dont get trapped in this prepaid situation.

The GPS tracking when clocking in is spot-on which is really helpful for keeping tabs on where employees are working. The interface is user-friendly and makes payroll processing easy. I use this everyday and find it reliable.

Cons

Clock-in issues can be frustrating since you dont always know if it actually saved your time. Support response times are pretty slow too, which makes resolving problems take longer than it should.
