Simple tracking with powerful geolocation

Pros

I appreciate how simple this time tracking tool is and it lets me monitor attendance while generating detailed timesheets and reports for client presentations. The geolocation feature is particularly powerful for tracking field sales activities.

Cons

There were a couple times when I couldn't access it during updates but luckily the Kiosk+ feature let me keep working offline so it wasnt a major issue.

Helpful features, frustrating new limits

Pros

Slack connection has been really helpful and the reporting feature lets me quickly see the numbers and figure out client billing amounts when I'm working with Xero. The front-end design is clean and makes sense to use.

Cons

While I understand the need for system integrity, the new restriction preventing time entry adjustments when an employee is already marked 'out' has created a significant hurdle for our backdating and correction process. This is particularly challenging when we need to override an autojibbled status to ensure accurate records. Furthermore, our reporting and project billing would be greatly improved if we could include historical data from former employees without cluttering active timesheets. Lastly, regarding the billing structure, offering more flexible, tiered pricing or the ability to purchase individual power-ups would not only better serve diverse customer needs but also potentially increase upgrade adoption and overall revenue for the platform.

simple Chrome extension for tracking

Pros

The Chrome extension simplifies time tracking for our team across multiple daily activities.

Cons

Currently, accessing data for removed members requires a separate export. It would be more efficient if this data could be integrated directly into the reporting interface.

User-friendly but lacks monitoring

Pros

User friendly interface and I appreciate how customizable everything is, especially the time tracking options. Their support team has been fantastic whenever I've needed help.

Cons

There's no way to monitor vacation time or other time-off requests. It doesn't notify you when someone's running late or doesn't show up for their shift.

Enjoyable and secure

Pros

Very simple and enjoyable to work with! The location tracking and facial recognition features give me confidence that all check-ins and check-outs are legitimate.

Great reports :)

Pros

I like how it lets me monitor time spent on different tasks and pull detailed reports from that data.

Cons

Setting up connections with QuickBooks requires extra steps since there's no direct integration available.

Excellent but sometimes misses slack posts

Pros

This integrates with Slack and the time tracking capabilities are excellent for monitoring client work and various project tasks.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn't pick up logins and descriptions I post in Slack, so I have to go fix them manually on the web dashboard.

Easy tracking needs auto-clock-in

Pros

Really easy to use when it comes to tracking time sheets. The kibble bot integration with slack makes clocking in super convenient.

Cons

I wish the app would just clock me in automatically when I open Slack. Having to do it manually is a pain.

Gets clunky working from home

Pros

It's really user friendly and gets the job done well. Helps me stay organized and focused on what I need to accomplish.

Cons

Working from home gets a bit clunky since you have to take an extra step that feels unnecessary, especially if your schedule doesn't follow the typical 9-to-5 routine
