Pros

Finding talent has become so simple with this platform. The AI screening automatically filters candidates based on their experience, skills and background, which saves me tons of time. I can quickly pull up qualified candidates from the database and match them to our open positions.

Cons

Performance could be better and the ATS features need more enhancements but honestly there's not much else to complain about.

The way it analyzes profiles based on skills and application details is impressive, it ranks candidates automatically so we can shortlist the right people instantly. Posting jobs is easy and the social sourcing features work well too.

Haven't run into any issues yet, though I'm still exploring all the features. They're pretty incredible so far!
