The Best ATS for easy Candidate Sourcing and Tracking

Pros

Personally, I consider JobDiva to be the best ATS available right now. What I really value about it is that I can source candidates, submit applications and keep track of people simultaneously, which suits the way I work. The mix of these functions makes the platform particularly effective for my workflow. It is also very user-friendly and I found it easy to integrate into our system with just basic training.

Cons

Sometimes the candidate profiles shown in it are outdated, so I have to double-check information before moving forward.

Comprehensive Candidate Tracking Made Effortless

Pros

I rely on JobDiva to pull candidate profiles and save them for good. The best thing is that when a profile is updated, I can still access every earlier resume version without any loss.

Cons

One of the frustrating shortcomings is the inability to filter or search submitted candidates by narrowly defined roles. For instance when I try to pull up every data engineer opening and see which candidates were submitted for them, the system doesn't provide a way to do that, leaving me unable to consolidate those submissions.

Reviewing for JobDiva ATS

Pros

Well we use JobDiva as an ATS system for our staffing and recruitment firm. It is helpful for storing candidates CVs so we can reuse them later. Implementation was easy too and I was able to connect several job boards like Dice, Monster and CareerBuilder.

Cons

It is slower than other ATS platforms and seems more expensive. As I have noticed performance lags and I run into problems when filtering and sorting candidates profiles. It also is not as easy to use on a mobile app compared with using it on a desktop or laptop.

Top Choice for Managing Large Candidate Databases

Pros

This tool handles the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and tracking to posting openings. In my experience, it is the best ATS I've used, especially for large candidate pools. What stands out is how well it works, which helps me focus on suitable candidates quickly. Plus the platform handles massive databases with ease and setup was easy too.

Cons

No cons to share. There was one feature that was missing but they have included it which is Indeed as a job posting portal at no extra cost, which makes advertising openings easier for my team.

User-Friendly Yet Needs Bulk Edit Feature

Pros

It is pretty user friendly and easy to use, making navigation simple. It also includes all the tools I require which helps me keep everything orderly and centralized in one place. I even rely on it regularly for building dashboards and managing job order tasks and activities.

Cons

I wish the contacts list had better options because it would be helpful to be able to select and remove multiple contacts at once instead of deleting them one by one.

Things I do to get money, this time around JobDiva

Pros

JobDiva's database and interface are the best I have used in an ATS. I can access it on my laptop, phone and even glance at candidate info from my watch, which is incredibly convenient. Plus it uses very little data and memory but still holds in our case about 26 years worth of candidate records, so I can even find resumes for our clients Hiring Managers. Plus the way its AI interprets my searches and organizes the candidate pool while refining results with keywords is impressive. On top of that, it links easyly to our internal systems and to job boards like Dice, CareerBuilder and Monster. The standout feature for me is the LinkedIn ATS integration where one click shows a candidate's past resumes. I can also see my teammates prior views and InMails which helps decode what a candidate might actually be looking for. A few other things I rely on that often get overlooked are the resume parsing which cleanly separates education and experience into its own panel. the history of emails a candidate has replied to, and the attachments they've shared. This is all from my perspective as a recruiter and I can only imagine how strong it must be for sales and CRM teams.

Cons

Well I know no app is perfect otherwise we would not need debuggers and developers but there are a few areas where it could improve. I still see occasional crashes, usually tied to network issues or lost server connections. A while back, we had an email duplication bug where a single message appeared as five separate emails but thankfully the team resolved that, so big kudos to them for fixing it. Also I fele like their spam-resume filter could be better, since C2C vendors sometimes flood the system with fake profiles just to get access to our inboxes. Another small thing I'd love to see is a dark mode theme because the current style can be very bright on the eyes. That's basically all I have to point out right now not a long list and to me, that says a lot about the support it already provides.

easy Integration and Smooth Setup Boost Recruitment Efficiency

Pros

It helps me track and source candidates by bringing every applicant together in one place, making it easy to build profiles, add certifications and keep a hotlist. And the way it connects with other services is excellent as I can pull in and reach job boards like CB, Monster, Dice and Resume Library directly from the system, which greatly simplifies recruitment. Also getting it up and running was painless, so it worked well when I moved over from other tools. Moreover I am happy to recommend it to peers because of these benefits and would rate my likelihood of endorsement a definite 10 out of 10.

Cons

The thing I noticed is that it does not automate the travel pay package which is a real issue for me given my focus on healthcare recruitment. Because this process is not automated, managing those payments becomes more tedious and time-consuming. Also having built-in automation for travel pay would greatly improve the ease and productivity of my daily workflow.
