fantastic support and stronger hiring reach

Pros

Working with the Customer Success Manager has been a really positive part of using this platform. He's open to feedback and I've already noticed several product improvements being rolled out while I've been using it. The integrations with multiple job boards have also made a big difference, bringing in a higher volume of applicants and giving our recruiting efforts a real boost.

Cons

The initial setup was decent but there's definitely room for improvement. A more structured implementation guide or dedicated onboarding support would have helped make the transition feel more aligned and efficient.

Pros

Keeping everything organized is really easy and collaborating with my teammates works very well.

Cons

To access the full feature set and connect with apps like Adobe Sign, you need the highest-tier plan which ends up costing more.

JobScore is great

Pros

I found JobScore to be incredibly user-friendly, and whenever I needed a specific function, they were always responsive to my requests. The customer service team was friendly and professional.

Cons

I found it frustrating when hiring managers skipped stages in the workflow.

Features feel limited

Pros

One thing this software really has going for it is the technical and customer support. The team behind it was very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, the product itself feels fairly limited.

Cons

Where it falls short most is in analytics and reporting which are underwhelming at best. There's also very little room for customization in that area and honestly across the platform as a whole.

centralized hiring visibility

Pros

Keeping up with candidates is really easy and managers can see HR notes immediately instead of waiting on email updates. Having everything stored in one place makes the whole tracking process much more manageable.

Cons

The candidate resume parsing still needs some work since resumes and their summaries can sometimes end up mismatched or out of sync.

flexible and scalable hiring tool

Pros

Using this platform has been pretty easy. It's user-friendly, offers a lot of customization, scales well as hiring needs grow and includes useful social features.

Cons

Getting everything set up takes quite a bit of effort. Posting the same job across multiple geographic locations isn't very simple, it doesn't fully connect with every social media channel and the lack of a mobile app is definitely a downside.

Clear expertise filters

Pros

Browsing by expertise areas and job categories has been really clear and easy which makes the application process and job search much easier to understand.

Cons

powerful keyword search tools

Pros

Right away the features and overall functionality have been really useful. It lets me search by keywords and quickly narrow things down to specific skill sets which helps a lot.

Cons

A downside is that not every feature is available by default. I had to ask the HR team to grant me search access and honestly, that feels like something that should already be enabled.

all hiring tools in one place

Pros

Having everything for open roles in one place has been a big plus. I can review resumes, send standard messages and handle applicant communication directly from the platform. It's very user-friendly.

Cons

Haven't run into any complaints or problems with the product.

Simplee candidate review workflow

Pros

Reviewing and organizing candidates with this tool feels very easy. Posting jobs takes little effort and the option to boost them through the platform works really well too. It's also convenient to download resumes and cover letters and set different access levels for hiring managers and others involved in the process. Overall, I genuinely enjoy working with this tool.

Cons

They recently raised their pricing so we ended up moving down to a lower tier. After doing that, I haven't noticed that we lost anything which really makes me question why we were paying for the higher level in the first place.
